God has placed an exciting vision in our hearts!
After much prayer and discernment, Open Arms Community has been given a vision to build a place where the Lord can touch the minds and hearts of those in the El Paso Area. We see a need for conference space to support the work of our call to evangelization, of a place where God’s people can be refreshed in His presence, a beautiful facility that may be used by the faithful to support the Church’s ministries and outreaches. This place of comfort, light, peace, and renewal in the Spirit we name the Holy Spirit Retreat and Renewal Center.

Our Loaves and Fishes
We must start somewhere; Open Arms has stepped out in faith and has already dedicated land for the construction of the Holy Spirit Retreat and Renewal Center. With the support of many dedicated donors, the designs were almost completed. Update 2023: The project has been held up due to legal issues. Please pray the Lord will resolve these issues.
Our Vision is Evolving
Below is a picture of our vision for the Holy Spirit Retreat and Renewal Center. The current plans call for overnight facilities for retreats, a large Conference Hall, Kitchen & Dining Hall, and Chapel. As the vision develops it will address the needs of our ministry to the poor, evangelization, and prayer meetings. We will partner with other El Paso groups to help expand their ministries as well. The surrounding grounds will create places for prayer and reflection in this corner of the peaceful Mission Valley. Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide us and reveal even more of this vision to others who are called to help
